Day 1 - Saturday
Arrival in Lima (-)


Upon arrival, our collaborators will transfer you to the hotel. A documentation kit, detailed program explanation plus luggage and hotel registration assistance is offered.

Overnight in Lima.


Day 2 – Sunday
City Tour: Colonial and Contemporary Lima & Larco Museum (B)


You will be driven to the Main Square, where you can find the Government  Palace, the City Hall, the  Cathedral and the  Archbishop's Palace. Then, continue with a visit to the Santo Domingo Convent, an architectonic jewel dating back to the 16th century. The tour continues to  the  modern  residential  suburb  of  San  Isidro  and  to  downtown Miraflores, where, at the   Park of Love, you may  enjoy a splendid view of the Pacific Ocean. Finally, you will be driven to  the Larco Museum, world's largest  private  collection  of  Peruvian  pre-Columbian  art  that comprises approximately  45,000  pieces  of  gold, silver, ceramics, textiles, stone, wood, collected  by  the  Peruvian archaeologist  Rafael Larco  Herrera.

Day 3 – Monday
Cusco: City Tour, Sacsayhuaman and Nearby Ruins (B)


At the scheduled time, transfer to the airport to take your flight to Cusco. Upon arrival, our representatives will transfer you to the hotel. In the afternoon, you will visit the Imperial City, living example of the mixture of the Andean and Spanish cultures. The trip stars visiting Koricancha temple, and ancient Inca palace and main worship center of the Sun God.  Over this temple, the Santo Domingo Church and convent were built. Then, continue to the Main Square, where you can find the Cathedral and the beautiful Church of La Compañía.  Going on with the tour, you will visit the Sacsayhuaman Fortress, imposing sample of military Inca architecture which domains the city. Finally, you will take a look at the archaeological sites of Qenko, Puca-Pucara and Tambomachay, located north east of the city.

Day 4 – Tuesday
Sacred Valley of the Incas: Pisac Market and Ollantaytambo (B/L)


This trip drives you towards the Sacred Valley of the Incas, taking the direct route to Pisac. After a stop on the way to enjoy a spectacular view of the Urubamba valley, with crops dressing the mountains like carpets, you will arrive to the colorful market of Pisac, where you may interact with the local craftsmen, or purchase their hand-made souvenirs. The tour continues to the town of Urubamba for a buffet lunch. Finally, you will visit Ollantaytambo, attractive town of Inca origin with remarkable channels and stone streets. In its high part one rises to an impressive ceremonial center of cult to the water and a fortress that guarded the access to the inferior part of the valley.

Day 5 – Wednesday
Machu Picchu “The Lost City of the Incas” (B/L)


Take the train excursion to Machu Picchu, one of the new seven wonder of the world.  During the trip you will enjoy have an amazing view of the landscapes of the Sacred Valley of Urubamba. Upon arrival to Aguas Calientes, our representatives will assist you to board the bus which will take you to the Inkan citadel, where a professional guide will lead you through its amazing arquitecture and landscape.  After the guided tour, you will have free time to explore the zone on your own, relax and meditate. Lunch will be provided at “El Mapi” restaurant. At fixed time, return by train, descend at the appropriate station and transfer to your hotel.

Day 6 – Thursday
Departure to Puno – Andahuaylillas / Racchi / La Raya (B/L)


You will leave from the station to start your trip by bus to Puno, so you can enjoy the wonderful scenery of the South Valley of Cusco. You will visit Andahuaylillas, a town where a precious church from the 17th century boasts an amazing organ decorated with angels and cherubs. You will continue with a visit to the Racchi ruins, known as “The Temple of God Wiracocha”. Lunch will be served in a restaurant on route. Stop at Pucara and then at La Raya, highest point on the road between Cusco and Puno, from where you will get excellent photo opportunities. The arrival to Puno is in the afternoon and then, you will be taken to your hotel.

Day 7 – Friday
Lake Titicaca – Floating Islands of the Uros (B)


You will go on to Uros Island, where the community kindly welcomes tourists, keeping their traditions alive, as well as their costumes and colorful typical dresses; these people are very skilled artisans and they show in every piece of work all the techniques developed for centuries.

Half day Taquile Island & Lunch


A 3 hour boat trip on Lake Titicaca, the highest navigable lake in the world, will take you to the Island of Taquile. To reach the hub of the island one must make a strenuous climb of 600 stone steps but the effort is well rewarded by the views of the Lake and its surrounding mountains. The people of Taquile are famous for their colorful, fine weavings and their hospitality. You will be given a box lunch on this tour.


Day 8 – Saturday
Sillustani Graves on the way – Departure to Lima (B)


At the scheduled time, you will be transferred to the airport, on the way, you will have a guided visit to the famous pre – inca tombs of Sillustani, located on the shores of the solitary Umayo Lagoon, these tombs or “Chullpas” with circular shaped towers and were a cemetery for the religious leaders of Tiawanacu Culture, almost 2000 years ago. Upon arrival in Lima, our collaborators offer a welcoming reception and will transfer you to the hotel.

Starting  in  the  center  of  Lima, this  short  tour will take you through the bohemian district of Barranco, home to Lima’s best known writers  and painters  and playground to Lima’s  younger generation. Afterwards, you will continue on to a local restaurant overlooking the Pacific Ocean.

 

Day 9 – Sunday
Buenos Aires (B)


At scheduled time, transfer to the airport to take your flight to Buenos Aires. At arrival, meet and transfer to your hotel.

Night Tour – Dinner & Tango Show


The various Tango Houses in Buenos Aires, offer the possibility of admiring tango in its different expressions.  Dancers and singers as well as a tango orchestras, will let you enjoy and feel this particular Buenos Aires music at its utmost, while having a drink or a wonderful dinner.


Day 10 – Monday
Half Day City Tour in Buenos Aires (B)


In the afternoon, get acquainted with Buenos Aires during this tour highlighting the city’s major neighborhoods and attractions. Among the points of interest you will see the Main Square Plaza de Mayo surrounded by the Casa Rosada (Presidential Office), the Cabildo (Colonial Town Hall) and the Cathedral. You will also drive through the charming streets of San Telmo and down the colorful roads of La Boca, famous for its multicolor tin houses. Later, drive through elegant Barrio Norte on your way to the Recoleta Cemetery, an amazing aboveground cemetery lined with mausoleums and statues. Finally, visit Palermo and its magnificent mansions and parks.

Day 11 – Tuesday
Free Day – Explore the City on your Own! (B)

Full Day Gaucho at Santa Susana (beverages included)


This is a visit to a typical "estancia" of the Argentine pampas, one of the most fertile natural prairies of the world, famous for its meat and cereal production. Enjoy the flavour of the “pampas” at a ranch located 110 km away from downtown Buenos Aires, where you will be welcomed by the owners with meat pies (typical “empanadas”), a glass of wine or juices  and  an argentine ”asado”(B.B.Q.).   After lunch, a folkloric Gaucho’s Show will be performed and you will have the possibility of appreciating the typical “Ring Race” (Carrera de Sortijas) or ride on horseback.


Day 12 – Wednesday
Iguassu: Visit the Argentinean Side of the falls (B)



At scheduled time, transfer to the airport to take your fight to Iguassu, one of the wonders of the world  Inhabited by over 400 different varieties of birds, Iguassu offers one of the most beautiful landscapes in the world.  Catwalks and observatories will let you enjoy the magnificent falls, which culminate in the impressive Garganta del Diablo (Devil’s Throat), the point where the Iguassu river crashes down almost 80 meters offering a breathtaking experience.

Day 13 – Thursday
Visit the Brazilian Side of the falls / Rio de Janeiro (B)


Depart heading to the National Park of the Brazilian Falls. The tour starts with a visit to the Main Center of the park, where you will have the opportunity to get some hints about the local ecosystem. From there, the tour follows with a walking time through the most important track of the park to enjoy an astonishing view of the waterfalls. From the local belvedere you will have a privileged sight of the both parts of the waterfalls. Return to the main point via the panoramic elevator. At scheduled time, transfer to the airport to take your flight to Rio de Janeiro. At arrival, meet and transfer to your hotel.

Day 14 – Friday
Full Day Corcovado & Sugar Loaf (B)


This tour starts in the morning, with the pick up by bus at the hotel. You will pass through some of the finests touristic spots heading to the Cosme Velho´s district, where the railroad station to the cable car that lifts up to the Corcovado is located.  At the top of the Corcovado´s mountain, at a 710 metres height is placed one of the most famous postcards of Rio de Janeiro, the fourty meters height statue of  Christ the Redeemer. This impressive statue, with its magnificent belvedere, spreads the amazing sights of the city of Rio de Janeiro, mainly some of the most typical districts of the town as well the famous beaches. The tour continues to the Urca´s district and specifically to the Praia Vermelha, where the Sugar Loaf´s cable ferry station is located. From the cable car, enjoy the superb view of the city to get to the Sugar Loaf´s top (at 396 meters).  From there, the beaches and the meeting of Guanabara´s bay and the ocean waters are amazing.  Return by bus to the hotel.

After dining at a typical Brazilian “Churrascaria” (barbecue restaurant), featuring a great variety of meats and a colorful salad bar, we head to the most famous samba show theater in Rio de Janeiro to enjoy an unforgettable performance of Brazilian Samba and folklore. An experience into the magical world of Brazilian Carnival wrapped in the colors and the sounds of exotic percussion instruments.


Day 15 – Saturday
International Departure (B)


At the scheduled time, transfer to the airport to take your international departure flight.
