Day 1
Arrival in Buenos Aires / City Tour (D)

Meeting & Greeting at the Ezeiza airport & Transfer to the hotel in downtown Buenos Aires. in

In the afternoon “Oldest Buenos Aires” City Tour. The most important sights of Buenos Aires arise from this tour. It brings you through the narrow streets of the old city and broad avenues that mark Buenos Aires modern growth. Around Plaza de Mayo (May Square), you will see the “Casa Rosada”, the rose coloured presidential residence, the Cathedral and the Cabildo (Town Hall). On South Americas broadest avenue, “Avenida 9 de Julio”, we see the Colon Theatre (the South Americas most important Opera House) and the “Obelisco”. You will also drive through the charming streets of San Telmo and down the colourful roads of La Boca, famous for its multicolour tin houses. La Boca is the place where the first immigrants have built their houses, showing and exciting mix between Italian and Argentine cultures.

Stop at The Tradicional Café Tortoni

"El Gran Cafe Tortoni", founded in 1858, is the oldest coffee shop in the whole country. With a very rich history, it is visited at all times by intellectuals, politicians and artists.

A door opened to a world of true gourmet flavours created by a talented French chef. The magic of the best Mediterranean cuisine blends with the best Argentine natural products.

Day 2
Delta del Tigre Navigation / Argentinian Cuisine Lesson (B,L)

Tour along Delta del Parana River with lunch in an exclusive restaurant on  the river coast. This tour will offer the passengers a different way to explore and enjoy the nature, very close to the city. On the way north to Tigre, which is about 30 kms away from BA, you will go through one of the most beautiful access to Buenos Aires down-town, passing by residential suburban neighborhoods with their calm narrow roads, yacht -clubs, and mansions plenty of trees.  Departing from Tigres pier, on board of a typical “island launch”, the green labyrinth of channels and streams will open its doors to let you explore the nature of its islands, enjoying the views of beautiful riverside villas, Victorian docks, English gardens, and traditional rowing and boating clubs. For more than 100 years, the maze of rivers and channels of the Tigre Delta have been a favorite week-end gateway for “porteños” (as Buenos Aires inhabitants are called). During this relaxing off-site, you will leave the bustling city behind and enter a world that has changed little since the 1920s.

Lunch at Acacia Restaurant (at Villa Julia Hotel)
Acacia Restaurant will delight you with distinctive gourmet cuisine in a relaxed atmosphere. In addition to the excellent service, distinguished style and gastronomy, the restaurant is simply a delightful place to visit and enjoy its wonderful terrace with the breeze coming from the river, or the artwork of prestigious artists exhibited inside. After lunch, return to Buenos Aires.

In the afternoon cuisine lesson by Donato de Santis (famous Italian Chef who lives in Argentina). Sessions will take place at Donatos kitchen lab located in Palermo neighborhood in Buenos Aires. An exclusive fully equipped area is available for cater up to 30 attendees taking part of the experience supported by an audio/video state of the art system.

Day 3
Estancia El Rosario de Areco (B,L, D)

Early departure to Estancia El Rosario de Areco for a day at leisure and an overnight there.
“El Rosario de Areco” is a very old Estancia from the XIXth. Century. The owners belong to very old families of conquerors, patriots and pioneers and they live there. The main house was built in 1892 in a typical colonial style. The place has sixteen very comfortable suites.
For the last seven years they have opened the Estancia for guests and they are still breeding and training Polo ponies with there sons.
Estancia "El Rosario de Areco" offers you sixteen very comfortable suites, a living room and a big swimming pool all good for your relax.
Estancias gastronomy is so fresh as the milk just milked and grannys deserts. And you will have the opportunity of enjoying the best Argentinean beef and excellent barbecues, many different salads, pasta and delicious cakes and home made deserts. All prepared by their Chef. The estancia has its own winery with the best Argentinean wines.
Activities in the farm include swimming, horse ridding, horse carriages rides around the Estancia, bird watching, rest & relaxing naps among others.

Day 4 
Estancia El Rosario de Areco / Buenos Aires (D)

By noon, departure to Buenos Aires with a short stop in San Antonio de Areco town.
Right in the center of the humid pampa, on the banks of the Areco stream, bordered by a lovely riverside promenade, there stands one of the most ancient and traditional settlements of the province of Buenos Aires: San Antonio de Areco.
Located 113 km away from the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, this picturesque town is the best to convey the charm of gaucho life and customs. Founded under the protection of a chapel inaugurated by don José Ruiz de Arellano in 1730, it has had the wisdom to maintain the singular architectural lines of the colonial and renaissance buildings of the XIX century, in spite of the passing of time..
Going along the narrow sidewalks of the town, it is possible to come across countless regional workshops and shops selling silverware, rope and leather crafts, where the ancient art of making crafts in leather and precious metals is both learnt and performed.

Dinner at La Bourgogne Restaurant (Alvear Palace Hotel)

La Bourgogne is the only Relais Gourmand Restaurant in Buenos Aires . The executive Chef Jean Paul Bondoux delights the most demanding gourmands. A welcoming and refined ambiance is the ideal place to enjoy the exquisite French and International cuisine. La Bourgogne offers delicious meat of the “Grill Rotissoire”.

Day 5

Buenos Aires / Mendoza: City Tour (B,D)

Transfer out to AEP airport to take flight to Mendoza. Arrival in Mendoza, meet, greet and transfer by to hotel.

In the afternoon, tour around the city, going along its hoisted streets, visiting its beautiful squares and the 600has. of artificial park with its lake, the La Gloria Hill and the “Mundialista” Football Stadium.

Dinner at 1884 Restaurant by Francis Mallman

Francis Mallman represents the finest culinary traditions of France and South America so it is no surprise that his restaurant in Mendoza, Argentina is no exception. Under the able direction of the Executive Chef, this restaurant, housed in a winery located about 10 minutes from the city center is a must for food and wine connoisseurs.

Day 6 

Full Day Lagarde Wine Experience (B,L,D)

10:00 am Arrival at Lagarde Winery. Visit to the vineyard, plant and facilities.
11:00 am Cooking lesson (typical regional cuisine).
12:30 am Wine Tasting (white wines) with variety of cheeses and dried fruits.
01:15 pm Reception with empanadas (meat pastries) with classic Blanc de Noir wine.
01:45 pm Lunc. Typical ASADO (barbecue) with llama or goat meat. Variety of salads. Typical local dessert. Wine included during lunch Malbec DOC.
03:00 pm Blend contest: The group will be divided into sub groups. Each group will be given the materials needed to create a Blend. The trained staff of the winery will assist them in this activity. After the blend is created, the best combination will be rewarded with a prize related to the activity.

Dinner at Bistro M (Hotel restaurant)
Located in the hotel Lobby, Bistro M offers traditional Mendocinean food with a French accent. The restaurant contains a show kitchen with a wood-burning oven which is the focus of the restaurant, and a unique gallery of fine wines, displaying more than 2500 regional vintages.

Day 7
Morning at Leisure / Almacen del Sur (B,L)

Lunch at Almacen del Sur

Almacen del Sur, located 15 min from Mendoza city, offers a tempting invitation to those who love the good life.

Day 8
Mendoza / Salta: Brief City Tour & Purmamarca (B,D)

Transfer out to Mendoza airport to take the flight to Salta via Buenos Aires. Meet & Greet at Salta and transfer to Salta Dowtown.

Salta is one of the oldest cities in Argentina. It used to be an important place during the Hispanic colonial period. Colonial and modern, always safe and welcoming, the city of Salta attracts thousands of visitors all year round. Its warmth and tranquility, the appealing Hispanic outline of its streets on the green of the surrounding hills and the goodness of its temperate climate define the citys profile.

After city tour, transfer to Purmamarca.
Purmamarca is a typical village of Northwest ARG, from where one of the most colorful and beautiful landscapes of the north-west, surrounded by green trees and mud brick-houses, can be appreciated: Seven Colors Mountain.

Day 9
Full Day Tour to Salinas Grandes / Cooking Lesson (B,L,D)

Go across the Puna up to the “Big Salt Pits” Salinas Grandes are great salt deposits in the Puna, located 3368 m above sea level. Lunch will be served in a local restaurant.

In the late afternoon, return to Purmamarca.

Day 10
Purmamarca / Salta / Cafayate (B,L,D)

After breakfast, departure to Cafayate via Salta city.

Lunch at Jose Balcarce Restaurant (one of the best in the city).

After lunch, tour continues along Cafayate Gorge, where geologic formations of breathtaking beauty, such us the Amphitheatre, the Devils Throat, the Friar, the Obelisque and the Castles, will catch your attention and let you discover the magic of these natural formations.

Arrival in Cafayate and check in at the hotel.

Day 11
Full Day Wineries Tour (B,LD)

The dry weather, the wide thermal amplitude between day and night and the irrigation of the rivers of the area together with the underground water layers make up a micro-climate of special features.
The typical variety of the area is the Torrontés. This is the wine that, as a varietal, enabled Cafayate to transcend, even if the area is also proper for varieties such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec, Syrah and Chardonnay.

Day 12 
Salta / Buenos Aires (B,L,D)

Departure to Salta airport, stop for a brunch at a rustic but typical restaurant (famous by its very good goat cheeses).

Farewell surprise: During lunch we will enjoy a live show of regional music.

Arrival in Buenos Aires, meet, greet and transfer to hotel.
