Destination: La Paz, Uyuni, Villamar, Ojo De Perdiz And Tahua

Detailed Itinerary:
Day 1
La Paz – Oruro – Uyuni (L)
Trip from La Paz in bus to Oruro (3 hours), then train to Uyuni (6-7 hours), crossing a big portion of the highlands.
Overnight in Uyuni.
Day 2
Uyuni - Villamar (B,L,D)
Trip south through the highlands, passing Alota (2 hours), then areas with great stone formations. Through high valleys until the village of Villamar (1 hour).
Overnight in Villamar.
Day 3
Villamar – Reserve Eduardo Abaroa – Ojo de Perdiz (B,L,D)
Early trip entering the REA (National Reserve Eduardo Abaroa), visiting Laguna Colorada (2 hours), with over 30,000 flamingos at 4,278 m. Then up to geysers “Sol de Mañana", pass alongside Challviri lagoon, with its hot spring in the shores of Polques. Cross through the Pampas of Dali, with amazing views, to finally reach Laguna Verde (3 hours), in the foothills of the Licancabur Mountain. Trip back to laguna Colorada, enter the high deserts of Siloli, visiting Arbol de Piedra to finally reach Ojos de Perdiz (4 hours - 4,531m).
Overnight in Ojo de Perdiz.
Day 4
Ojo de Perdiz – Uyuni saltflats – Tahua (B,L,D)
Morning trip north through the lagoons Cachi, Honda, Chiarkota and Hedionda, continue east through branches of the range and 3 lagoons, reaching the valley of Alota (2 hours). North through the highlands passing the villages of San Agustin and San Juan, entering in Chuvica to the great Uyuni saltflat crossing to "Isla Incahuasi", a special habitat of volcanic rocks and giant cactus. Continue northwest to the village of Tahua (5 hours), in the foothill of the Tunupa volcano. Enjoy a great sunset.
Overnight in Tahua.
Day 5
Tahua – Oruro – La Paz (B,L)
Morning trip crossing the highlands of Quillacas and the crater Tambo Tambillo to Oruro (5 hours). Lunch in Oruro. Bus to La Paz (3 hours).
