Day 1

Departure in Morning (transport by choice) to the city of Barreirinhas (270 kms from São Luís). Check in. After lunch (14:00h), 4x4 tour to the National park of Lençóis Maranhenses (off road trip + lake swim + dune walking). Free night.

Overnight in Barreirinhas.


Day 2

After Breakfast (08:00), boat in “voadeira” (speedboat) trip on the river Preguiças (lazy river). We’ll stop in three communities: Vassouras (small dunes), Mandacaru (fisherman + lighthouse view) and caburé (beach and lunch stop. Lunch not included). Return for Barreirinhas late afternoon and free night.

Overnight in Barreirinhas.

Departure to São Luís (transport by choice)

Departure in the morning (in the selected transfer option) heading destination to the city of Barreirinhas (Gateway to the Lençóis region). Departure in the afternoon in all terrain vehicle heading to the Grandes Lençois (lagoons and dunes area). 

Overnight in Barreirinhas.


Day 2
Preguica River (B)

After the breakfast, departure for tour on a high speed boat through Preguiça River with stops for walking courses in  Vassouras, Mandacaru and Caburé. Return to Barreirinhas at the end of the afternoon.

Detailed Itinerary:


Day 1

Transfer Hotel/Airport.  Departure in the morning (07:00am or 09:00am) in plane (single motor-6 vacancies plane) heading destination to the city of Barreirinhas (Gateway to the Lençóis region), after the arrival, transfer to inn and accomodation in the rooms, then departure for tour in all terrain vehicle heading to Lagoas; considered one of the beauty highlights of the area and with a dream like landscape, on an area of amazing white sand’s dunes surrounding a natural pool of crystal waters.

Day 2

After the breakfast, departure for tour on high speed boat through the Preguiça River, visiting some fishermen’s villages such as Vassouras, Mandacaru and Caburé. The Preguiça River surrounds the vast desert until gathers the sea. At this point the participants will see a leafy forest and as well a magnificent and impressive dunes chain.

Day 3

After the breakfast, departure from Caburé in 4x4 vehicle heading to Carnaubeira village, passing by ecologic tracks, dunes, lagoons and beaches (04 hrs length course), then embark to boat transfer heading to Poldros Island in 01.30h crossing trip.

Day 4

Day at leisure for optiona activities.

Day 5

Boat departure heading to the city of Parnaíba with a set schedule.

Day 6 

After the breakfast, departure for a high speed boat ride to the Delta das Ameritas ( with visits to Canarie Islands, Poleros Island, Perroquetes Igarapé and Morro Branco, swimming and photos stop).Lunch. After the lunch, 4 x 4 vehicle ride in the Luis Correia’s beaches (Atalaia, Coqueiro, Carnaubinha, and stop for swimming) and Portinho Lagoon (04 hours lenght)

Overnight in  Parnaíba


Day 7

Departure in the morning in regular bus heading to São Luis. The trip takes approximately 08 hours (eturn by plane is also available).
