Detailed Itinerary:


Day 1

Meeting at Rio de Janeiro´s International airport and transfer to hotel at the sea side Area of the city. Arrival at hotel and check in. Rest of the day at leisure.  By mid afternoon, departure from hotel for a nice visit to the Sugar Loaf, to watch the Sunset.

Day 2 

Buffet breakfast at hotel. 
Am: Departure from hotel for an interesting historical and religious tour at the downtown  Area of the city, including a stop at the beautiful São Bento Monastery with its church   facing the Guanabara bay, then proceeding to Carioca Square, where is located the interesting St. Anthony convent, located at the top of St.Anthony hill, where every Tuesday, the church is crowded along the day with its special blessings and masses. After visits return to hotel.Rest of the day at leisure.

Day 3   

buffet breakfast at hotel. 
Am: Departure from hotel for an interesting visit to the Corcovado Mountain, to see the   Beautiful Christ the Redeemer statue, one of the seven wonders of the world, then  Returning Cosme Velho station, crossing the street visit to St. Jude Thaddeus church The patron of desperate and lost causes. Return to hotel after visits. Rest of the day at leisure.

Day 4

Buffet breakfast at hotel.
Am: departure from hotel for a special day at the Peninsula of Buzios – 03 hr road trip  Up north state for a visit to Our Lady of Untied the Knots Chapel. Buzios is the first capital In the world to receive a chapel dedicated to Our lady of Untied the Knots. The chapel is Located at entrance to Geriba beach area, at the Saint Rita church garden.  After the visit to this sanctuary- beautiful for its simple decoration and nice stained glass  Windows, departure for a delicious buffet lunch at Boom restaurant, located at downtown area, one block from the famous Street of Stones. After lunch some time for shopping at the  elegant boutiques from Street of Stones. After the spare time, a ride along some of the   beaches on board of the Buzios Trolley transportation. After ride, return to Rio de Janeiro.

Day 5     

Buffet breakfast at hotel.
Early departure to Aparecida do Norte – where the huge Our Lady of Aparecida Basilica is Located, Our Lady of Aparecida is the patron of Brazil, being the day dedicated to her on October 12. A 04 hr drive from Rio de Janeiro, having on board box lunches and snacks. Masses available during the day.
After visit departure to São Paulo international airport , for overnight in one of the hotels Located at the airport area.

Day 6      

Buffet breakfast at hotel. 
Departure to airport for flight to Belem do Pará. Belem- the city of the mango trees - is famous for its annual festival dedicated to Our Lady of Nazaré, every second weekend of October, the famous Cirio de Nazaré, its procession with  around two million people distributed  in a 4.5 km path. Belem is famous for its assorted kinds of tropical fruits and its ice creams, and the interesting Ver o Peso Market – the famous post card from the city. Another highlight is the assorted kinds of scents from the Amazonian region. Arrival at Belem and transfer to hotel located at downtown area.  Rest of the day at leisure.

Day 7 

Buffet breakfast at hotel.
Am: departure from hotel for a sightseeing along the city, stopping to visit the Ver o Peso Market , then the interesting Goeldi Museum. Return to hotel by lunch time.Rest of the day at leisure.

Day 8

Buffet breakfast at hotel.
Am: Departure from hotel for a very special visit to the Our Lady of Nazaré Basilica, Assisting one of the morning mass, visiting some of the places that the biggest catholic Procession devoted to Our Lady of Nazaré goes by.  Return to hotel by lunch time. Rest of the day at leisure.

Overnight in Belem


Day 9   

Buffet breakfast at hotel. Morning at leisure until time for departure to airport for flight to Guarulhos for international departure.
