Detailed Itinerary:
Day 1
Arrival in Porto Alegre – City Tour on Route (D)
Arrival at Porto Alegre Airport, meet and greet by local guide for private transfer to hotel. On the way to the hotel a city tour will be done passing by the historical center, main museums and monuments, such as the Rio Grande do Sul Arts Museum, the Rio Grande do Sul Memorial, Santander Cultural Center, São Pedro Theatre, Government Palace, Mayor house, Public Market, the Cathedral and the parks located along the Guiaíba lake. In the Evening, typical dinner at a local barbecue restaurant with traditional folk dances from the region.

Day 2
Porto Alegre - REGIÃO DO VINHO “WINE REGION” (D)
Departure for the Wine Region - characterized by the culture of Italian immigrant Visit to the cities of Garibaldi and Bento Gonçalves, the largest producers of sparkling wine and wine in Brazil. Free time for lunch.
In the afternoon, visit to the “Vinhos da Montanha” Region, in the neighborhood district of Pinto Bandeira, continuing through the “Rock Way”, architectural and cultural old Stone houses, living history of Italian immigration and the rescue of the old customs brought by the first immigrants.
Overnight in Vale do Vinhedo.
Day 3
REGIÃO DO VINHO “WINE REGION” - VALE DOS VINHEDOS (B)
Visit to the Vale dos Vinhedos, small wine area of 83 hectares located inside the “Wine Region”, characterized by the Wine series of small family wineries with production of fine wines that are currently considered the best of Brazil, some still awarded in national and international competitions. This is the only wine region in all South America that holds a “GI” – Geographical Indication given by the European Union and internationally recognized. In this region, it is visible noticed the peculiar aspects of the inhabitants way of living, the cuisine and hospitality, besides the work history and dedication of the Italian immigrant.
Overnight in Vale do Vinhedo.
Day 4
REGIÃO DO VINHO “WINE REGION” – APARADORES DA SERRA PARK (B)
Departure and live the region on the way to Cambará do Sul, passing by New Petrópolis, mountain city that represent most of the German settlement. Visit to the Republic Square (or Flowers Square), the Immigrant Park where you can find the rebuilding of a small village, with its original buildings, dated from the beginning of the 19th Century. The park offers other attractions to the visitors such as the lake, the botanical trail, restaurants and bars serving “draft beers”. Free time for lunch.
In the Afternoon, continue to the Aparadores da Serra Park, crossing the Campos de Cima da Serra Region.
Overnight in Cambará do Sul.
Day 5
FORTALEZA CANYON (B)
Departure to Serra Geral National Park for visit to Canyon Fortaleza, with over 8km in length and depth exceeding 900 meters. A walk tour to the “belvedere”, from where you can see all the Canyons. Continue the walk tour to the Tiger Cascade and the Secret Stone (a “monolith” of over 5 meters in height on a balance of some square centimeters. Pic nic lunch.
Overnight in Cambará do Sul.
Day 6
ITAIMBEZINHO CANYON (B)
After breakfast, departure for a visit to Canyon Itaimbezinho, crossing the Campos de Cima da Serra Region. This Canyon is an important “rock failure” with more than 5 km long and 700 meters deep, located inside the Serra Aparados National Park. A light walking tour will be done in the trails along the Canyon. Pic nic lunch.
A walk tour to observe the nature and that enable you to take pictures of some animals and typical plants from the region, with emphasis on the birds. The place also offers unique scenery and beautiful waterfalls.

Day 7
CAMBARÁ DO SUL - PORTO ALEGRE (B)
At scheduled time transfer to Porto Alegre airport to board your international departure flight.
