Transfer to Concha y Toro winery, in the Pirque area. To begin with, you will walk through the winery’s ancient park, whose extraordinary beauty and harmony are an invaluable legacy of Chile’s landscaping history. Next, one can admire the Casona’s exterior, previously the summer residence of the Concha y Toro family. Enjoy a glass of “Terrunyo” Sauvignon Blanc at the El Marqués park. The terrace will afford both a privileged view of our “Antiguas Terrazas de Pirque” vineyard and the opportunity to taste a “Casillero del Diablo” Carmenère. Among the Winery’s main attractions are its ancient cellars, and particularly“Casillero del Diablo” (Devil’s Cellar), where you will learn about the famous legend that has made Chilean wine known worldwide. Once inside the winery, you will discover the character of traditional Chilean grape varieties of “Marqués de Casa Concha” Merlot.
Departure from Santiago towards Maipo Valley. Arrival to Santa Rita Winery, to learn about its history since it was founded by Domingo Fernández Concha, that introduced the fine French vines that gave life to its production. The cellar of this winery, has been declared a National Monument. The Patronal House stands out in a park of 40 hectares, where hundred-year-old trees captivate the attention of its visitors. The winery’s restaurant was also declared a National Monument and is called “Doña Paula” in honour to Paula Jaraquemada, a woman that in the Independence period gave refuge to O’Higgins and 120 of his soldiers. From this historic episode comes the name of one of the most renowned wines of Santa Rita. The visit ends with the tasting of two wines Medalla Real.
We will depart to the coast by Route 68, which connects Santiago with the port of Valparaíso in only 1,5 hours. First, we cross the Curacavi valley, with its fruit trees plantations, vineyards, little fruit markets and restaurants. Then, the Casablanca valley, a wine making area, growing in fame, shows a green landscape that captivates visitors. We reach the magical port of Valparaiso dubbed a World Heritage site by UNESCO. We admire Valparaíso from the hills. Through walkways and terraces we will be witnesses, of the wonderful natural amphitheater that frames the bay, to the history of this port-city. Strolll through narrow alleys that meander through the hills, revealing in every corner, images that deserve worthy of a picture. We also have the oportunity to experience the old funiculars that made this picturesque city famous. After visiting typical Valparaiso we head to Viña del Mar city and visit its beaches and main attractions.

Travel out of Santiago into the Casablanca Valley, the youngest Chilean viticulture area which boasts the perfect trilogy: climate, soil and vines. Drive through the valley, with a stop at Emiliana Vineyards, a leader in the Chilean organic movement and recognized internationally. Here we will try 4 wines, including their premium wine Coyam. The tour continues to Casas del Bosque, a family boutique winery exclusively oriented to produce high quality wines, and you will have the chance to choose 2 wines “Reserva” or “Gran Reserva”.
In the morning we will leave from the hotel, and go south towards the city of San Fernando, starting with the Colchagua Wine Valley Route. From San Fernando, we go towards the city of Santa Cruz to then visit the first winery of our tour: Montes Vineyard, "La Finca de Apalta" is an essential part of the renowned Apalta Valley. After a walk along this beautiful vineyard we will enjoy a panoramic view from the viewing point located in the hillside. The visit ends with a wine tasting. After this we will continue on to Viu Manent Winery. Once we are in the Winery, we will enter the plant after an enjoyable ride through the vineyards in an old carriage pulled by two Percheron horses. After the visit to Viu Manent, we will drive to Santa Cruz to enjoy a delicious lunch, typical of the area, in the restaurant of the Santa Cruz hotel. We will have the afternoon to visit the Colchagua Museum, which was planned with the concept of going through the past of the planet and the Universal man's History, from our American reality. Thanks to the variety of pieces that its owner, has collected, the visitor can get an illustration about themes on Paleonthology, Archaeology and pre Columbian Art of Chile and America, History of the Conquest, Colony and Independece of Chile and America till the Republican Period. Besides it inlcudes thematic pavilions about Modernity, History and Development of Arms, Huaso Riding Gears, Coaches and Carriages, Agricultural Machinery and The Railway Pavilion. All this outlines it as the biggest and most varied and diverse museum in Latin America.
Views of a moving city - From the history of the colonial neighborhoods to the modernity of the new financial center also known as “Sanhattan”, be part of this trip through the different sceneries that characterize this Southamerican Metropolis. We will begin by the city's old residential area, passing by beautiful residences that today are part of the Barrio Universitario (university area). Our trip continues to the historical and finantial City Center where the La Moneda government palace, the Main Square and its buildings are the main highlights. Then we will continue to the green Parque Forestal, where we can admire the stunning building that house the Fine Arts museum. We will end the tour visiting the bohemian Bellavista neighborhood.
