Detailed Itinerary:


Day 1     
Arrival in Quito – Quito Colonial & Equatorial Monument (L,D)

Upon arrival at Mariscal Sucre International airport in Quito, you will be received by the friendly staff of Condor Travel, who will be ready to assist and provide you with a transfer to the hotel.
Time to rest and get used to the altitude.  Quito is located at 2800 meters above sea level.

In the afternoon a wonderful tour through the streets and main squares of Quito Historical Centre. Narrow and sometimes steep streets surrounded of a great exhibition of classic architecture, colonial style houses, gracious flowered balconies, charming squares and more than 50 monumental churches, convents, monasteries, cloisters and historic monuments get together in the best preserve Historical center of Latin America to delight our passengers. 

After a visit to the Historical Centre a short trip to the north of the city of Quito will lead us to our planet`s Latitude 0´0´0´´where the Intiñan museum known too as “The trek of Sun” will guide us through the wonderful world of the Andean Cosmo-vision, culture and traditions.

Day 2 - 5   
Quito – Kapawi: 4 Days / 3 Nights Program


At the schedule time, transfer to the airport to board your flight to Kapawi.

Kapawi is the largest project based on the culture of a community that has developed in Ecuador with the cooperation of private enterprise. It was created to provide a high standard service in one of the most remote and pristine areas of the south east of Ecuador, away from oil exploitation and other destructive practices.

Kapawi is a place of multiple choices and is characterized by its flexibility. Arranged programs are not offered, passengers along with their guide can design their group itinerary according to their interests and physical conditions. In Kapawi you can enjoy of numerous activities and most of the itineraries will include visits to the Achuar communities where we can share a day with the Achuar families through hikes in the forest, canoeing in rivers and lakes, swimming, watching piranhas, pink dolphins, alligators, and other animals of the area. Bird watching has been successful since over 530 different species of birds have been observed in the area.

Day  5   
Quito: Capilla del Hombre – Panoramic City Tour by Night  (B)


Assistance and transfer to your Hotel upon arrival from Kapawi

In the afternoon visit to the Capilla del Hombre, an architectural cultural space of large dimension. An Interactive wall with sculptures, murals and paintings where the great master Guayasamín recited the pain, tears, anger, tenderness, protest, dreams, violence, fight, heroism and the sacrifice and victory of Latin American men.

In the evening a wonderful scenic tour through old colonial churches, historic houses, squares and convents bathed with excellent lighting, highlighting the most beautiful architectural elements of the city. A magical kingdom of domes and stories that venerate the city.

A private visit to the Church and Convent of Santo Domingo are included on this spectacular journey. The best example of architecture and religious art in a single destination.

Day 6   
Quito / Central Andes (B,L)


About an hour south of Quito is the Antisana Reserve, a sanctuary for wildlife including the imposing Antisana. This reserve is private, but the main objective of their owners is the preservation of native flora and fauna of this Andean region. The trip to the Ecological Reserve brings us to about 4000 meters above sea level where we find its characteristic fauna and a stunning variety of birds like the Caracara, ducks, several species of hummingbird and if we`re lucky we can see the Condor of the Andes.

Lunch is included in the Reserve or in one of the inns in the area.

Day 7   
Quito / Central Andes  (B,L)


At a schedule time, an incredible Arial adventure will fascinate with a spectacular view of Volcano Avenue to enjoy the Cotopaxi, Atacazo, and the Pasachoa volcanoes. 
At the end of the route we will have lunch and transfer to the city of Riobamba, visiting the ancestral villages of the Andean region.

Day 8   
Central Andes / Cuenca  (B,L)


This wonderful tour takes us through picturesque Andean villages, colorful Indian markets and ethnic cultures with their rich and varied display of garments, handicrafts, festivals, music and cuisine.  They are blended here along with amazing landscapes, rivers, lagoons and steep rocky hills.

Leaving the city of Riobamba, we head towards the town of Alausí located to 2357 meters above sea level. The architecture in Alausí, is the first thing that catches our attention, houses, churches, parks and streets with more than 100 years combine with the old train station gives this town a unique touch of colonial charm.

To accompany this wonderful route, visitors can enjoy the famous "Devil`s Nose," where the train descends a steep cliff of 300 meters based on an ingenious system of zigzag.
After this exciting experience we shall have lunch, to continue the journey to the city of Cuenca.

Day 9   
Cuenca  (B,L)


The first stage of our journey rescues the lovely neo-classical architecture of the colonial city. Balconies decorated in rococo style, giant wooden doors carved in detail, beautiful stained glass windows, interior courtyards, frescoes and murals show the great cultural legacy by which the city was awarded the Cultural Heritage of Humanity.

We visit one or more of the workshops that produced the landmark "Panama Hat" patiently and artistically woven from the fiber of a piece of "scarf" (a variety of palm), after a process of preparing the same. One can admire a demonstration of the process leading to the development of these wonderful accessories that have been recognized worldwide.

Another symbol of the region`s crafts is the Cuencan pottery. The potters of the area, inheritors of a tradition and exceptional abilities to shape the clay and turn it into hundreds of the most original, colorful and varied objects like ornaments for dinnerware, vases, jars, all sizes, shapes and designs. These have gained such value that maintaining their roots in crafts has given them the high quality of its objects and a big demand for them has been generated. Our tour will visit one or more pottery workshops where you can watch demonstrations of the production of these true works of art.

We also visit a workshop for fine jewelry. Here you can watch the artisans and the working area where with extraordinary dexterity the most beautiful works of jewelry in gold, silver, filigree and other elements that reflect the ancestral innate artistic spirit of the inhabitants of the region can be found.

Day 10   
Cuenca / Guayaquil visiting Hacienda Cacaotera   (B,L,D)



This wonderful tour takes us from the highlands of Ecuador to the lowlands that receive the Pacific Ocean. The road is an excellent opportunity to photograph and learn from different climatic floors ranging from cold to tropical Andes of Ecuador`s Pacific coast.

Leaving the city of Cuenca, located 2535 meters above the sea, our first stop is the traditional Hacienda Cañas, where the cultivation of cocoa, banana and black pepper are planted in an area of 550 hectares. During a tour of unique beauty this tour explains the history and processes of production and harvesting of different crops. In addition the estate may make different activities like hiking, horseback riding, and others.


Visitors can enjoy typical local foods from the coast, cocoa juice in a warmly decorated environment with flowers, tropical fruits and bunches of bananas, accompanied by the presentation of a folk group with musical dances. At the end of our visit we will continue our travel towards the city of Guayaquil, located 5 meters above sea level.

In the evening: In the field of entertainment, a dinner cruise aboard a modern boat is the entertainment for those wishing to enjoy a different activity taking in the view and settings of the Guayas River. We offer our visitors the opportunity to see the new Guayaquil from the river and enjoy of the night breeze accompanied by an excellent served dinner.

Day 10 - 13   
Guayaquil  - Galapagos Islands 4 Days / 3 Nights


At 1000 km directly off the coast of Ecuador in the Pacific Ocean, the Galapagos Islands are one of the most unique and extraordinary in the world. A natural paradise where you are transported to magical distant eras

This volcanic archipelago is made up of 14 major islands, and over 60 smaller islands, islets and rocks, scattered over a wide area of ocean that makes up the Marine Reserve of the Galapagos Islands, a site designated by UNESCO as Natural Patrimony of Humanity and the second largest marine reserve in the world. The land area of the islands makes this the first national park in importance in Ecuador.

Visiting the Galapagos is a unique experience in life. Some of the special moments can include hiking through the colonies of blue and red footed boobies, lava rocks covered by dozens of prehistoric looking iguanas or perhaps careless visitors swim in the unusual company of playful penguins or sea lions having fun with visitors.
