Focus mostly in nature, this day at the Mindo Cloud Forest offers unique paths that guide us through magical waterfalls and landscapes full of ferns and orchids.
Our visit includes the Pahuma Reserve, which principal objective is to promote the education, ecotourism and scientific investigation, the reserve have and extension of almost 650 hectares of abundant vegetation and is home of bromeliads, different kinds of moss, ferns and 270 orchid species.
The reserve also counts with an interpretation center, a very interesting botanical garden and a diversity of paths and waterfalls which are a complement to the endemic flora and fauna of the area, this visit also includes the entrance to an unusual butterfly farm that posses over 25 different endemic species of the Cloud Forest.

Day 2
Mindo / Quito

At an appropriate hour your return to the city will start with a visit to the on-site museum of Tulipe.  The Museum offers its visitors information about the Yumbo culture and its cultural legate as this ancient community were the first inhabitants of the cloud forest and leave us a rich legate compose of ceremonial sites, tolas and pools use for sacred rituals.
Lunch will be served at a local restaurant.
