From Chiclayo we travel to Ferreñafe, where we will visit the Museum of Sicán and its impressive display of artifacts from this culture, as well as the Lord of Sicán, with his ceramic pottery and jewels. We’ll also visit the archaeological complex of Batán Grande, perhaps the most important pre-Hispanic metallurgical center in South America. Another example of the great culture of Chiclayo.

Opened in 2002, this is considered one of the most important and perhaps the most modern museum in the country, displaying original artifacts from the cultures in the northern part of the country. A museum that is well worth seeing.
